Ma Maison

A listed building of great historical importance, 9 Clifford Street is enviably situated in London’s super-exclusive Mayfair
and was home to many key figures in the 1700’s and 1800’s, before being converted into commercial use.

With an opportunity to convert the existing office building into a flagship retail ‘Maison’, the owners recently appointed Savills, along with Cushman & Wakefield, to manage the sale of the property.

Because of the unique purchase opportunity, bespoke photography was commissioned and a high-end brochure created to assist with the sale.
